Drive along the A14 motorway and exit at Termoli. From the port you can board ferries and hydrofoils to the Tremiti Islands. Cars cannot be transported to the islands.
Reach Termoli railway station and continue to the harbor by taxi or local transport before boarding the ferry to San Domino.
Seasonal helicopter connections are available from Foggia to San Domino. Advance reservation is recommended.
